I'm really enjoying this art course, the atmosphere is very relaxed and every week there is a new theme to explore. I don't have much experience with art but I felt welcomed and the teachers are very helpful. It is nice to have a couple of hours a week to just be creative and try new things.

KIND WORDS

Came along to this workshop to gain some more inspiration and confidence with art. Sally was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. She put me right at ease as she explained some of the techniques I could use. There was lots of inspiration from the images she'd laid out, and I felt very comfortable getting stuck in. Had a lot of freedom to do what I wanted, but still plenty of guidance when I needed it. All in all, a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back again!

Such an enjoyable experience. Anna is a brilliant tutor, so calm and encouraging. My first experience of taking any art class, but was immediately at ease, very relaxed atmosphere in a nice venue, and everyone was very friendly. The printmaking was great fun too. Highly recommended.

I attended a workshop with a friend, and we both had a really brilliant time. Sally is an absolute star and made us feel so welcome. Her studio is such a comfortable environment to spend an evening in; it really felt like a bit of an escape and reset! There is also onsite parking, which is a real bonus. All of the supplies were provided and we were encouraged to try lots of different types of materials, with lots of advice, support and inspiration given if we were struggling for ideas or with the techniques.

I am a beginner and felt very much at ease. I would totally recommend workshops at Studio 48. For me, the experience would have been enough, but I also came away with four different pieces of art which was wonderful! I've already booked another class later in the month and can't wait.
